Which cities do you deliver to?
• We cover 350 + Indian cities and most tier‑2/3 towns. If your mom’s pin code is outside our network we’ll let you know within two hours and issue a full refund—no hoops, no hassles.
What flowers will she actually get?
• To keep things simple we pick the nicest, freshest bouquet available in her ZIP code—usually seasonal gerberas, roses or carnations arranged by a trusted local florist. Our priority is on‑time delivery and a joyful un‑boxing, not making you choose stems.
When will the flowers arrive?
• You choose the delivery date in the form (Mother’s Day is 11 May). Same‑day delivery is possible in metros if you order before noon IST.
When will the call happen?
• Your mom receives a WhatsApp hello as soon as the bouquet is delivered. A friendly Sonny Companion then calls between 1 – 5 p.m. IST within the next 1–3 days (May 12–15). We’ll retry once if she’s busy.
Which languages can the caller speak?
• Hindi • English (select at checkout). We are working on vetting more callers who speak regional languages like Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu.
What if she doesn’t answer?
• We send a gentle WhatsApp nudge first, then make one more call attempt the next day. If she’s still unavailable we’ll let you know and happily reschedule or refund the call portion.
Can I get a refund?
• Absolutely. If the bouquet isn’t delivered or the call can’t be completed after our two attempts, you receive a 100 % refund—no questions asked.
Is this a subscription?
• Nope. One‑time gift. We’ll never re‑bill you unless you place another order.

Can I add a longer personal note?
• The printed card holds up to 200 characters. If you’d like to say more, drop a longer WhatsApp voice note after purchase and we’ll forward it for free.
Can I pick a precise call time?
• Soft window works best (India doesn’t run on strict Calendly culture). If your mom has a must‑avoid time, mention it in the “Notes” box and we’ll respect it.
